We are Gaelos: a hard-working family that saw a chance to bring fresh, traditional Mexican food to a community that wanted something delicious and authentic.

Our story
It all started at home. Our family welcomed customers into our own house to pick up the food we cooked for them, and their feedback led us to start catering events, both big and small. Years of hard work and the love of our supporters brought us to our first restaurant at 453 Somerset St, where we celebrated five years in August 2026. Now our second location is open at 306 Gatzmer Ave in Jamesburg, and we are still family owned and operated, just like on day one.
